@alice_inthe_looking_glass confessed in an interview with Micolet she first developed interest in fashion as a little girl as her mum was a working London Photographers stylist working for magazines such as Harpers & Queen and Vogue. Growing up with a stylish mum, Alice Marsh loved playing dress up with her mother’s clothes and creating fashion shows with all her young friends for the parents to watch in the evenings . The influencer’s mother was also a second-hand textile dealer, which led to them trawling charity shops together. @alice_inthe_looking_glass credits these experiences for her love and passion that she has for fashion.

Alice Marsh claims that an item that should be in every girl’s wardrobe is a cheap midi dresses: “I have far too many.” When it comes to accessories, @alice_inthe_looking_glass loves to complete an outfit with a cool hats: “Be it a simple Panama in the summer or a trilby in the winter. I really love dressing up with something more fabulous and quirky for an occasion such as the races”.
